Small artifacts. Long memories.
The Bottlecap Archive started as a side quest during our 2026 cruise.
What began as a few caps from places we visited turned into something bigger: a physical map of memories tied to travel, assignments, breweries, meals, family, and the chapters that led to Reclamation Day.
Some caps will be collected in the moment. Others will be backfilled from earlier chapters when the right bottle, photo, or story turns up.
The value isn’t really in the cap itself.
It’s in the memory attached to it: where we were, who we were with, what we were doing, and why that moment was worth remembering.
The caps just give those memories somewhere physical to live.
